How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our team will make sure that we stay within 3-5 business days to process then ship your order. Once the label is created, and out to its designated location, you will receive a confirmation & tracking number via email. Since we are based in Oahu, Hawaii, if you are ordering from out of our Hawaiian Islands, Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. Shipping Information

We will handle your order carefully and package them safely to get to its destination. Please note that once the package is dropped off at its USPS location to get to its destination, we will not be responsible for any damages, stolen, or if an event were to occur after we have sent the package off to the facility to be shipped. We will also not be responsible for weather mishaps that may occur out of our reach and or events that may cause a delay in shipment. Please be aware that every order placed will receive a tracking email once label is created and dropped to the facility which you can access online. Where do we ship to?

We are based in Oahu, Hawaii. We currently ship to all of United States and its territories. We will be also offering shipping to Guam. We will be working on shipping to the rest of the world, stay tuned babe!


What if I did not receive my order?

Please check your email for a confirmation email. All orders placed will initially get a confirmation email on the order that you have placed.

Once a label is created, you will then receive an email with your tracking number. Be sure to keep tabs on where your package is. Once it is sent to the USPS facility to be shipped to its destination we have no control of your order after that.

We will make sure that your package will get to its destination as much as we can control.

Can we return/exchange our order?

Currently with the COVD-19 situation, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. We will review these as a case-by-case basis. We carefully package and delivery your products with care. Please see our “Return/Exchange Policies” for further explanation.
