Return & Exchange Policy

During this time, we will not be receiving any Returns or Exchanges due to the current COVID-19 pandemic/current situation of the pandemic. We will rest a sure that you are pleased with you products. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. From the day you receive your order, there will be a 7-day grace period contact policy for all damages, defective, or issues that you may have with the product. After the 7-day grace period, there will be no return or exchange on your order. Please be aware that within the 7-day period, you must contact us via email, glamourbythegrams@gmail.com, and provide photo’s as well as details of your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We inspect all items carefully, therefore if there any any issues with your order, you must keep it in its original packaging, un-used, and please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
